1How is your software licensed?
Our software is licensed on an enterprise basis, meaning that for every counselor, adviser or staff will have their own access under one license Our software is not licensed by the number of students you have enrolled or the number of workstations that need our software.
2How much does it cost?
Because our quotes are based on the individual needs of each school, please contact us to receive a customized quote.
3Can I customize it for my school?
Absolutely! We also offer a consulting session with one of our support specialists. This session is designed to help determine your user accounts, department services, import your students and run reports.
4Can I import my students into it?
We offer the option to import student data for you, or you can use the wizard which we provide, that uses CSV or Excel spreadsheet formats.
5How quickly can I start using it?
Immediately! Once we have built your school into the management system you will receive an email with instructions and optional training on using the system.
6What types of payment do you accept?
We accept company checks, all major credit cards and direct deposits. If you would like to pay online, we can send you a secure link that will allow you to pay via credit card.
7Is my data safe?
We take data security very seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data-center is also EU safe harbor compliant and all data includes SSL encryption to keep it safe.
8Does it interface with our current master data system?
Our system is stand alone, but has the ability to export and import data to and from SQL databases.
